Ensuring the perfect fit is essential for both comfort and style. At Canadian Int’l Jewellers, we offer flexible options to help you find the ideal ring size before your order ships.

Sizing Options

Complimentary Sizing (Up to 2 Sizes)
Many rings can be resized up or down by up to 2 sizes at no additional charge. Any sizing beyond this range may incur an additional fee (approx. $50–$250), which we’ll confirm with you before proceeding. Please note: all sales are final once alterations are completed.

Custom Orders
Some rings—such as eternity bands, intricate designs, or those made of alternative metals—require custom creation or special ordering for sizes outside the stock size. These may take an additional 2–4 weeks. We’ll provide a timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

Stock Size Only
Select rings are only available in the stock size listed. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Additional Notes:

Sizing adds approximately 7-14 business days before shipping.
If you’re on a tight timeline, contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
All alterations are final sale.

Repairs & Alterations

If you need a repair or further alteration, please contact us at canadianjewellers@gmail.com with the following details:

Photo of the item
Photo of the damage (if applicable)
Description of the issue
Original sales order number
Name of the original purchaser
Your contact information

Return Authorization & Shipping

If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. This number must be clearly marked on the package. Items sent without an RA could be returned at the sender's expense. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Assessment & Timeline

Repairs are assessed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Most repairs are completed within 4–6 weeks. We’ll contact you once the work is finished to arrange payment and return shipping.

Limited Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects (excludes Swarovski and select branded items). If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or misuse
Unauthorized alterations or repairs

Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. For extended coverage, we recommend Jewelers Mutual Insurance. Learn more on our Jewellery Insurance page.

Guarantee & Liability

We stand by our craftsmanship. To maintain warranty coverage, all repairs, alterations, and sizing must be performed by Canadian Int’l Jewellers Ltd. Any third-party work voids our guarantee. We reserve the right to assess whether issues stem from manufacturing or customer mishandling.
