SIZING & ALTERATIONS
Ensuring the perfect fit is essential for both comfort and style. At Canadian Int’l Jewellers, we offer flexible sizing options to help you achieve the ideal fit before your order ships.

SIZING OPTIONS
Ring Sizing
Due to our current storewide pricing, ring sizing is available for most styles at an additional cost. Pricing typically ranges from $50–$250, depending on the design, metal, and sizing required. All sizing fees will be confirmed prior to proceeding.

Custom Orders
Certain rings—such as eternity bands, intricate designs, or those made with alternative metals—may require custom creation or special ordering for specific sizes. These orders typically require an additional 2–4 weeks prior to shipping. Timelines will be confirmed and communicated throughout the process.

Stock Size Only
Select rings are available only in the listed stock size. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Sizing may add approximately 7–14 business days prior to shipping
• If you are working within a specific timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate
• All altered items are considered final sale

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS
For items purchased online, please contact us at info@canadianjewellers.online with the following details:

• Photo of the item
• Photo of the damage (if applicable)
• Description of the issue
• Original sales order number
• Name of the original purchaser
• Your contact information

For items purchased in-store, repairs and alterations are handled in person. Please visit us directly, and our team will be happy to assist you.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION & SHIPPING
If your request is approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions will be provided. This number must be clearly marked on your package.

Items sent without an RA number may be returned at the sender’s expense. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to and from our location.

ASSESSMENT & TIMELINE
Repairs are assessed within approximately 7-10 business days of receiving the item. Most repairs and alterations are completed within 3–5 weeks with some exceptions.

Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange payment (if applicable) and return shipping.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty on our jewellery (excluding Swarovski and select branded items).

If a defect is identified, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

GUARANTEE & LIABILITY
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. To maintain warranty coverage, all repairs, alterations, and sizing must be completed by Canadian Int’l Jewellers Ltd.

Any work performed by a third party will void this guarantee. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is due to a manufacturing defect or customer-related wear or damage.
