COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $1,500 OR MORE
Every order is carefully prepared, fully insured, and shipped with a trusted courier service.
All deliveries require a direct signature upon arrival for security. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) and shipped Monday–Wednesday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress and delivery status at any time.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES
To ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience:

• Please confirm your shipping address is accurate at checkout
• Ensure someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery
• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY OPTIONS
If you’re unavailable to sign for delivery—or prefer added discretion for a surprise—you may request to have your order held at a nearby courier pickup location, where items are typically held for up to 5 business days.

Simply include your request in the order notes at checkout, and our team will confirm all arrangements with you prior to shipping.

LOCAL DELIVERY (FORT MCMURRAY, ALBERTA)
We offer local delivery within the Fort McMurray area.

Delivery is complimentary on orders of $1,500 or more, with a flat rate of $29 applied to orders below this amount.

Deliveries are typically scheduled Monday–Wednesday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with alternate days and times available upon request at checkout.

PICKUP OPTION
For added flexibility, orders may be arranged for pickup and are typically ready within 24 hours, provided no alterations are required.

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time.

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

While every order is carefully prepared, we are not responsible for delays once it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
