Shipping Information

Free Domestic Shipping on Orders Over $500

At Canadian Int’l Jewellers Ltd., all orders are shipped securely and fully insured via FedEx from Monday to Wednesday. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a direct signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship the following Monday to Wednesday. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If you have special shipping requests (e.g. expedited timelines or gift wrapping), please contact us at canadianjewellers@gmail.com before your order is finalized.

Important Notes

• All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit.

• Once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer liable for loss or theft.

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

• While we strive to meet requested timeframes, Canadian Int’l Jewellers is not responsible for delays once an order leaves our premises.

International Shipping

We offer insured shipping to mainland USA via FedEx or DHL for a flat rate of $100 (exceptions may apply). International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional fees associated with customs clearance. Canadian Int’l Jewellers is not liable for international shipping delays or issues beyond our control.
