Online Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: The following policy applies exclusively to purchases made through canadianjewellers.online and does not apply to in-store purchases. For in-store terms and conditions, please contact us directly or refer to the bottom of your in-store receipt.


Canadian Orders

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within the following timeframes:

  • Full Refund or Exchange: Contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt, and the item must be returned in original, unworn condition.
  • Exchange Only: Requests made after 48 hours and up to 10 days after receipt are eligible for exchange only.
  • Final Sale Items: Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Initiating a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, email us at canadianjewellers@gmail.com within the allowed timeframe and include:

  • Your order or receipt number
  • The name of the original purchaser

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns must be received within 10 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns sent without an RA number could be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Items discounted by 30% or more
  • Custom orders, including personalized jewellery
  • Rings sized to a non-stock size prior to shipping

Condition of Returned Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show any signs of:

  • Wear
  • Use
  • Alteration
  • Damage

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


Shipping Your Return

We recommend using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post with tracking and insurance covering the full purchase value. Canadian Int’l Jewellers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments.


Return Eligibility & Credits

Refunds or credits will only be issued if all return instructions are followed precisely. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
