Online Return & Exchange Policy
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through canadianjewellers.online and does not apply to in-store purchases. For in-store policies, please contact us directly or refer to your in-store receipt.
ONLINE ORDERS
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within the following timeframes:
- Full Refund or Exchange: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and items must be returned in original, unworn condition
- Exchange Only: Requests made after 48 hours and up to 10 days from delivery are eligible for exchange only
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Due to our current storewide pricing, items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The following items are also final sale:
- Any items that have been altered or modified, including ring sizing
- Custom orders, including personalized jewellery
INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@canadianjewellers.online within the applicable timeframe and include:
- Your order or receipt number
- Name of the original purchaser
If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions will be provided. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Returns must be received within 10 days of the original delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show any signs of:
- Wear
- Use
- Alteration
- Damage
RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking and insurance covering the full purchase value.
Canadian Int’l Jewellers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return shipments.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if all return conditions and instructions are followed. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
