Placing an Order

At Canadian Jewellers, all purchases begin with a personalized Request a Quote. You can submit a quote request for any item listed on canadianjewellers.online at any time. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM MST) to confirm availability, pricing, and any special details.

Order Confirmation & Availability

After submitting your quote request, you’ll receive an email acknowledging your submission. Please note this is not an order confirmation—it simply confirms we’ve received your request.

All items are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep inventory updated, occasional sellouts may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll inform you within 48 hours, and no payment will be required or processed.

Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery times will be confirmed once your quote is approved and your order is finalized.

In-stock items are processed Monday through Friday and ship the following Monday to Wednesday. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Special orders or out-of-stock items may take 4–8 weeks.
All confirmed, in-stock orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2 PM MST will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
If your item becomes available sooner, we’ll ship it promptly and provide tracking information by email.

Rush Requests

Need your order by a specific date? Contact us at canadianjewellers@gmail.com with your rush request. We’ll do our best to accommodate expedited timelines, when possible.

Order Acceptance

Canadian Jewellers reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion—even after pricing has been provided. In rare cases of cancellation, no payment will be collected, or a full refund will be issued if already processed.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed before your order is processed or produced. By submitting payment, you confirm you are an authorized user of the account or card. All payments are subject to standard validation and authorization procedures by the issuing bank.
